1.1.2 If you are a consumer, as defined in the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right within 14 days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (by hand or post), fax or email to If you cancel, you must immediately return the goods together with the invoice to the trading address at your expense by recorded delivery post (keeping proof of your despatch) or such other method as we may agree in writing in request. We will deduct the direct costs of recovery from the credit card refund if you do not comply or if you return then at our expense. No contract will exists between you and OSG Water LTD for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until OSG Water accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product.

2. Payments and price


2.1. Payment is by Wix hosting service (further terms and conditions and information on Wix payment can be found on their official website We will only process payments if we obtain authorisation from Wix that the payment has been successfully completed. 


2.2 The price of the goods you order is stated clearly on our site. VAT is included unless we say otherwise. We may change the price of goods at any time before or after you send us your order.


2.3 If an item has been incorrectly price, we reserve the right to supply the item only at the correct price. If we become aware after you place your order that a price is wrong, we will give you the option of re-ordering the item at the correct price or cancelling your order.


2.4 Delivery is included unless stated otherwise.


2.5 Delivery charges for multiple orders cannot be combined once orders have been placed.


3. Your order


3.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order carefully to ensure it is correct. Please supply us with all necessary information relating to the goods you order within a sufficient time to enable us to perform this contract. 


4. Acceptance


4.1 A bounding legal contract will not come into existence between us until the point when we accept your order by despatching the goods. This means that until that happens we may decline to supply the goods to you, for example due to unavailability. Nothing else that we do or say will amount to acceptance of your offer. 


5. Unavailability 


5.1 If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible and will arrange for a full credit card refund if it has been debited. 


6. Delivery


6.1 We will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering. Unless we state otherwise on our website we will deliver goods only to the United Kingdom as expressed on our website. 


6.2 We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or (if none) 30 days of the date of your order but we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Our liability of any kind for late delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the price payment for the goods. This is applicable unless the purchase is a pre-order, in which case please refer to our PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 


6.3 An extra delivery charge may become payable if you are present to accept delivery. 


6.4 Rick of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery or, if you wrongfully refuse delivery, when delivery is attempted. 


7. Ownership


7.1 Property (i.e ownership) of the goods shall not pass to you before we have received cleared payment for the goods.


8. Data protection


8.1 Any personal information collected from you is handled in accordance with privacy policy. 


9. General


9.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall first be referred to mediation or arbitration with a London seat. The English courts shall direct the matters where required. 


9.2 If any part of these T&Cs is deemed ineffective for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force. 


9.3 A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (RIghts of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. 


9.4 Neither party is liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation (excluding payment) under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 




The pre-order service offered by allows you to order a product before it becomes available on our website. 


The following conditions apply for pre-orders:


1. Availability 

Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis.


2. Delivery

We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 30 days of receiving the goods in the United-Kingdom. This timeframe is assuming the goods are in working condition and fulfill the products manufacturing requirements. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot always do this, in which case you will be kept informed on a regular basis. You can see the estimated delivery date of the product within the product description on our website. This date cannot be guaranteed due to potential manufacturing delays, however we do our best to estimate this date as accurately as possible.

Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is shipped to you. Your order will be sent when all the goods are “in stock” on your order they will be put to one side and shopped at the same time as your pre-ordered item; we do not do partial shipments. 


3. Payments

Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. 


4. Cancellations 

We will accept cancellations of non-customised pre-ordered items before the order has been shipped to you, however if this becomes a regular occurrence we reserve the right to refuse further orders.

If you are unsatisfied with the order within 7 working days of receiving it, a full refund will be offered under the condition that the order is returned to OSG WATER LTD in the condition it was shipped and not missing components. There are no additional fees for returning the order.
